Mondragón
MONDRAGON is the result of the cooperative movement that began in 1956, the year in which the first industrial cooperative was created in the Gipuzkoan town of this name. Its company philosophy is included in its Corporate Values:

The MONDRAGON Mission brings together the basic objectives of a business organization that competes in international markets, with the use of democratic methods in its corporate organization, job creation, the human and professional promotion of its workers and the commitment to development with its social environment.
In its organizational aspect, MONDRAGON is configured into four areas: Finance, Industry, Distribution and Knowledge.
Today, MONDRAGON is made up of more than 90 autonomous and independent cooperatives, with 132 production plants on 5 continents. I It is the first Basque business group and the tenth in Spain.
