Angel Nigaglioni currently serves as Legislative Director and Coun-sel to Congressman José E. Serrano, who is the Chairman of the House Commerce, Justice, Science Appropriations Subcommittee, Vice-Chair of the Financial Services Subcommittee, and member of the Interior and Environment Appropriations Subcommittee. He has worked for Congressman Serrano since 2013 and his legis-lative portfolio includes foreign affairs, defense, intelligence, sci-ence, space, energy, homeland security, commerce, trade, and financial services.

Mr. Nigaglioni earned a Bachelor’s degree summa cum laude in International Affairs from The George Washington University where he was inducted to Phi Beta Kappa. He also earned a Juris Doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where he was President of the Latino Law Student Association and Managing Editor of the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies.
